SALES & REFUND POLICY

Sales Policy

At SkyTrip Malaysia, we’re excited to help you soar over Selangor! Here’s how our booking and sales process works:

  • Booking Confirmation: All flight bookings are subject to availability. Once you make a reservation through our website, WhatsApp, or other platforms, we’ll confirm your actual flight date and time within 24 hours. Full payment is required to secure your spot.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via online gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, e-wallets). Payment details will be provided during booking confirmation.
  • Changes to Bookings:
    • Reschedule more than 72 hours (3 days) before your flight: (1) time no charges reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.
    • Reschedule less than 72 hours before your flight: A RM 200 fee applies, within 30 days, subject to availability.
    • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is not guaranteed beyond 30 days from the original flight date.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late but we can still arrange your flight (on the same day), a RM 300 late charge will apply. If we cannot accommodate you, it’s considered a no-show (see below).
  • Changes to Bookings: Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled flight, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. No additional fees apply for one-time changes (there is a fee that applies if the changes are made less than 72 hours), though rescheduling is not guaranteed.
  • Weather & Safety: Flights are weather-dependent and may be postponed for safety reasons (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds). If we cancel or delay a flight, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or refund option (see below).

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking with us. Here’s our refund policy, with a table to clarify cancellation timelines using an example flight date of 15 April, 2025:

  • SkyTrip Malaysia Cancellations: If we cancel a flight (e.g., due to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we will provide two solutions:
    1. Reschedule your flight at no extra cost, based on availability.
      1. Time slot delay to an alternative time slot (same day) will be offered 
      2. Time slot delay to an alternative time slot (different day) will be offered
    2. Receive a full refund with no processing fee.
  • Late / No-Shows: If you miss your flight without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Contact us to initiate a refund request.
  • Customer Cancellations: Refunds depend on when you cancel relative to your flight date. See the table below for details:
