Introduction

Welcome to SkyTrip Malaysia! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including booking and flying with us via our website (skytripmalaysia.com), WhatsApp, or other platforms. By making a reservation or participating in a flight, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payment
    • Reservation: All booking for our flight experiences are subject to availability. We’ll confirm your flight date and time within 24 hours of your request. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
    • Payment: We accept online payments (e.g., credit/debit cards, e-wallets) and cash on arrival (by prior arrangement). Details will be provided upon confirmation.
    • Pricing: Flight prices and add-ons (e.g., video recordings) are as listed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice for future bookings.
  2. Changes & Cancellation
    • Rescheduling by You:
      • More than 72 hours (3 days) before your flight: No fee, reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.
      • Less than 72 hours before your flight (customer-initiated): RM 200 fee, reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.
      • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must occur within 30 days of the original flight date (e.g., by May 15, 2025, for an April 15 flight).
    • Cancellations by You:
      • More than 7 days before: 30% cancellation fee (non-refundable), 70% refunded.
      • 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
      • Less than 3 days before: No refund, but rescheduling is available, subject to availability (see above).
    • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a flight (e.g., due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety), you may:
      • Reschedule within 30 days at no cost, subject to availability.
      • Receive a full refund with no fee.
    • No-Shows: Missing your flight without notice voids refunds and rescheduling options.
  3. Late Arrivals
    • If you arrive late but we can still accommodate your flight, a RM 200 late charge applies. If we cannot accommodate you, it’s treated as a no-show (no refund or rescheduling).
  4. Flight Operation
    • Service Provider: Flights are operated by Air Adventure Flying Club (AAFC). As members of AAFC, we use their club facilities and services to provide flight experiences to our customers from Subang Airport.
    • Safety: Flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and safety conditions. AAFC may delay, reschedule, or cancel flights for safety reasons at their discretion, and we’ll notify you accordingly.
    • Passenger Requirements: You must:
      • Arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in and briefing.
      • Follow all safety instructions from AAFC crew.
      • Be in good health (notify us of medical conditions in advance).
      • Children under 12 require adult supervision.
    • Capacity: Flights are limited by AAFC’s aircraft capacity and daily slots (e.g., 3 flights/day). Schedules may be adjusted by AAFC or us.
  5. Liability
    • Our Role: SkyTrip Malaysia Services is not the flight operator; all flights are conducted by Air Adventure Flying Club (AAFC). We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to plane crashes, injuries during the flight, or delays beyond our control. 
    • AAFC Responsibility: Liability for flight operations, safety, and any incidents rests with AAFC, subject to their terms and insurance.
    • Your Responsibility: You assume risks inherent to flying (e.g., motion sickness) and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your actions or failure to follow AAFC instructions.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All content on our website (e.g., photos, text) is owned by SkyTrip Malaysia Services. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
  7. Privacy
    • Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see separate page). Booking with us means you consent to data collection as outlined there.
  8. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
  9. Changes to Terms
    • We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted here with the updated date (e.g., “Last Updated: April 8, 2025”). Your continued use of our services implies acceptance.
